Below is a guided meditation to help clear fear and trauma. Most of us have experienced some sort of trauma in our lifetime. Even something that seems pretty minor that happened as a child can feel traumatic because as a child you don’t understand what is going on in a particular situation. While others have experienced severely traumatic events and need continual healing to help release it.
So much is happening right now in the world and there is a lot of fear coming up which is also triggering a lot of peoples’ trauma. Many are finding a lot of old emotions showing up or memories from traumatic events arise. I wanted to give you something that you can listen to that will help clear and soothe what is showing up for you.
