Everyone seems to be dealing with some level of anxiety lately whether it is a daily issue or comes and goes. There are a lot of different things you can do to help calm the anxiety– and trying things out until you find what works best for you. For me, usually a combination of deep breathing. meditation and energy will help calm things down.
I made a short meditation below that you can try and do daily if needed. There are different energy frequencies being used like the essence of a Calla Lily which is calming and stabilizing. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
