Release. Rest. Balance
This is the season for shifting, shedding and rest. Just as the trees shift their colors and begin to release their leaves, so do we need to shift and release. There is beauty in releasing and letting go what is no longer needed. Giving us the space to go inward for the Winter creating space for the newness of Spring. You may find you need to release emotions that have built up or a great time to clear out the home and donate clothes or items no longer in use.
As the weather gets cooler, we lessen time outdoors and make room for more self-care indoors. Nourishing with the warming foods harvested for the season to balance the body. Getting back to our spiritual practices if they fell off during the summer allowing for more inner focus and reflection. Moving gently as the body rests as it wants to slow down. Listening to our inner compass and aligning with the season.
