Here are a few things to pay attention to and try after an energy session. It is a different experience for everyone so tune into yourself to see what you need most.
Tips to follow:
Don’t make big plans for after a session. Some may feel very tired and want to rest and others my feel more energy. Listen to what your body needs— if you feel tired then allow yourself to rest.
Abstain from drinking and drugs– the goal is that the energy continues to move through your body to clear the blocks. These substances lower your vibration and dull the energy.
Take an Epsom Salt bath + drink lots of water. This helps to cleanse out the old and move the energy.
Be kind to yourself (and others). Releasing and/or shifting energy may cause new emotions to surface that don’t always feel great. This is your opportunity to address what shows up and continue the healing process.
Ground yourself (feet flat on the ground, feel energy up from the earth and feel it circulate thru your body).
Reach out to friends, family or myself if you need support.
This is a great time to start journaling if you don’t already. Pay attention to how you feel every day for a week or two and see what has changed. It is a great way for you to stay present and notice the subtle shifts and the big ones!
