What this means is that a pattern has been created in your energetic body that is keeping you from moving forward. You are an energetic being in a physical body and you have many layers to your being— aka your aura. What you think and feel affects your body and in turn your life. If you are constantly thinking a negative thought, that will create a negative emotion within you. Over time this will create a pattern in your mental or emotional body. The pattern will eventually become a belief that in turn becomes a behavior.
These patterns are created in the outer layers of your energetic body. Depending on the thought or emotion this pattern will show up in a certain chakra. It is here that energy healing can help shift or unblock the chakras so healing may occur in your system. Only when these patterns are shifted, can you energy flow through your chakras as it is meant to creating a more balanced system.
In this treatment, we will discuss what your areas of concern are and focus on releasing them. I will discuss with you which parts of the body I believe have the most blocks and will be worked on in the session. I work with different levels of energy that work on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels that help you let go of the pain, patterns and trauma that are being held onto.
